Welcome to Inspired Kids, an organisation established by children’s picture book author Dreydon Sobanja. Our mission is to build a suite of tools and resources that parents, caregivers and teachers can use to inspire children aged 4 years plus to ‘dream big’ and then follow those big dreams.
Our journey started with the 'Inspirational Kiwis book series' that inspires children to ‘dream big’. These books are based on some of our most iconic Kiwis and have underlying themes about dreams, goals, persistence, hard work, being outdoors, healthy living, being fearless and much, much more!

If you have a copy of one (or both) of the books then you can enter one (or both) of our short survey competitions. Details of the contests are in the terms and conditions below, once you've read them you can close that screen and start the appropriate survey from the links below. Please note that the surveys are intended for adults to answer, or children to answer with the help of an adult.

Since the release of the books we have been working hard to set-up kids programmes with libraries and schools. To keep up to date on where and when we'll be you can easily 'like' our Facebook page or follow our Twitter feed. It's easy to take both these actions on this page.
We are also in the process of helping some kids who have already told us about their dreams through our Dream Box. The Dream Box goes with us to every Inspired Kids event and then we see how we can help turn dreams into reality!
